Step 1 — Cleanse Begin with clean, makeup-free skin. Use the Oria Skin Gentle Milk Cleanser or Luminous Cleanse Oil to prepare your skin for the ritual.

Step 2 — Apply Oil or Serum Apply a few drops of Luminous Cleanse Oil, Rejuvenating Face Oil or Hydrating Booster Serum to your skin. This allows the Gua Sha to glide smoothly without friction or irritation — never use on dry skin.

Step 3 — Hold at the Right Angle Hold the Gua Sha at a 15–30 degree angle to the skin. This ensures the edge applies gentle, effective pressure to stimulate circulation and lymphatic drainage. Always use light pressure — less is more.

Step 4 — Neck and Décolletage Using the curved edge, begin at the base of the neck and stroke upward toward the chin and jawline. Light upward strokes, always moving toward the lymph nodes.

Step 5 — Jawline and Cheeks Using the flat side, begin at the centre of the chin and sweep outward toward the ears. Repeat on both sides to sculpt and define the jawline.

Step 6 — Eye Area Using the short edge, gently sweep from the inner corner of the eye outward. Use the lightest possible pressure — the skin here is delicate and requires extra care.

Step 7 — Neck (U Edge) Run the U edge down the sides of the neck and along any other contoured areas to encourage drainage and release tension.

Step 8 — Forehead Using the long edge, sweep from the centre of the forehead outward toward the hairline. Light upward strokes to smooth and lift.

Step 9 — Comb Edge Flip the Gua Sha and use the comb edge in gentle downward motions to stimulate blood flow, encourage lymphatic drainage and distribute your facial oil or serum evenly into the skin.

Step 10 — Seal and Nourish. Complete your ritual with an additional drop of face oil or follow with the Oria Skin Ultra Calm Day Cream or Ultra Sensitive Night Cream to lock in all the goodness.

Tips for best results:

Store your Gua Sha in the fridge overnight for an extra cooling, depuffing effect — especially wonderful for morning puffiness or after time in the sun. Clean after each use with a damp cloth.
