FAQ

How soon will I see results? Many people notice an immediate glow and reduction in puffiness after the first use. Lasting lifting and firming results build with consistent use over 4–8 weeks.

What level of EMS should I start on? Always begin on level 1. Your skin needs time to adapt to the stimulation — this is normal and important. Increase gradually over your first two weeks.

Can I use my own serum or facial oil instead of the included one? For the warming vibration and gua sha function, yes — a facial oil works beautifully and glides well across the skin. For EMS, a water-based serum or the included Hydration Booster Serum is essential. Facial oil will not conduct the EMS signal effectively. Avoid using any function on completely dry skin.

How often should I use it? Three to five times per week is ideal. Daily use is fine once your skin has adapted.

Is it safe for sensitive skin? Yes, with care. Begin with lower EMS levels and shorter sessions, and avoid using directly over active breakouts or irritated skin.

Can I use it on my neck? Yes — and we encourage it. The gua sha form is specifically shaped to follow the contours of the neck and décolletage. When using the EMS function on the neck, avoid the thyroid area at the front of the throat.

Is it waterproof? The tool is splash-resistant. Do not submerge in water.

What makes this different from other EMS tools? Most tools do one thing. The Ultra Face Lift Tool combines warming vibration, EMS, and LED light therapy in a single ergonomic form — so your entire ritual happens in one tool, with one motion, in a few minutes.

Can I use it if I'm pregnant? The warming vibration and gua sha function are generally considered safe to use during pregnancy, and many people find facial massage a lovely part of their self-care routine at this time. However, we recommend avoiding the EMS function during pregnancy, as electrical stimulation has not been studied sufficiently in this context. As always, check with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.

Can I use it if I have metal implants in my face or head? No. Do not use the EMS function if you have any metal implants, plates, or pins in your face, jaw, or head. The electrical current from the EMS could interact with metal implants and cause discomfort or harm. The warming vibration and gua sha function may be suitable — but please consult your doctor first.

Can I use it if I have Botox or fillers? Yes, with timing in mind. EMS and Botox actually work well together — Botox softens expression lines while EMS supports the underlying muscle tone and structure. However, wait at least two weeks after any Botox or filler treatment before using the EMS function over the treated area. This allows the product to fully settle. During this window, you can still use EMS on untreated areas of the face, and the warming vibration and gua sha functions are fine to continue as normal. If you're unsure, check with your practitioner.

Is it normal to feel a tingling sensation around my teeth? Yes- some people notice a sensation or metallic taste during EMS treatment- this isbn't usually dangerous it occurs because the electrical current can stimulate nearby nerves or interact with saliva around metal restorations. If it feels uncomfortable, simply:

• Reduce the EMS intensity.
• Move the device away from that area.
• Skip that area if the sensation persists.

When EMS should NOT be used

The more important contraindications are:

• ❌ Pacemakers or implanted defibrillators.
• ❌ Other implanted electronic medical devices.
• ❌ Pregnancy (most manufacturers advise against EMS due to limited safety data).
• ❌ Epilepsy.
• ❌ Active cancer in the treatment area.
• ❌ Broken, infected or inflamed skin.

Can I use it if I have epilepsy or other medical conditions? Do not use the EMS function if you have epilepsy, as electrical stimulation may pose a risk. People with pacemakers, implanted electrical devices, active skin conditions, open wounds, or who are taking photosensitising medications should also avoid EMS and consult their healthcare provider before using any function of the tool. When in doubt, always check with your doctor first.

Will EMS make my face look bulky or over-muscled? No — and this is one of the most common misconceptions worth clearing up. The facial muscles are very different from the large muscle groups in the body. EMS at the levels used in this tool works to gently tone and re-engage muscles that have gradually lost definition over time — restoring structure, not adding bulk. Think of it less like a gym workout and more like a reminder to muscles that have become a little slack. The result is lift and definition, not volume.

Can I use the EMS mode if I have metal fillings?
Yes. Most people with dental fillings, crowns, bridges or implants can safely use EMS. Some individuals may notice a mild tingling sensation around metal dental work. If this occurs, simply lower the EMS intensity or avoid treating directly over that area. If you have a pacemaker, implanted electronic medical device, or any concerns about a medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before use.

Is EMS harmful or any EMF? 

The Ultra Face Lift Tool has been independently tested for electromagnetic emissions by a third party laboratory and passed CE EMC certification  which means the device's electromagnetic output is well within internationally recognised safe limits. So to put your mind at rest you're not being exposed to EMF radiation when you use it. You're receiving a small, precise electrical pulse directly to the skin, in the same way professional EMS facial devices used in clinics work.

Device Disposal 

The Ultra Face Lift Tool contains a lithium polymer battery and must not be disposed of in general household waste. When the device reaches the end of its life, please dispose of it responsibly at an approved battery recycling facility.

Warranty and Returns 

12 Month Warranty The Ultra Face Lift Tool is covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and faults. We stand behind the quality of this tool and want you to have complete confidence in your purchase.

What is covered Any fault or defect in materials or workmanship that arises under normal use within 12 months of purchase.

What is not covered Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear. Change of mind purchases are not covered.

Cleanse — Start with clean skin.

Apply — Generously apply the included Hydration Booster Serum, or your preferred water-based serum/mask.

Warm — Begin with the warming vibration setting. Work from the centre of the face outward, and from jaw to forehead. Spend a moment on the neck.

Lift — Move to EMS. Follow the natural lift lines — jaw, cheekbones, brow. Begin on level 1 and increase gradually as your skin adapts.

Glow — Finish with
